Relationship Builder – Cultivate lasting connections with members by getting to know their names, goals, and favorite activities at the club. Follow-Up Fanatic – Keep in touch with prospects and make sure they have everything they need to join the Elite family. Problem-Solving Wizard – Answer questions, resolve membership concerns, and find creative ways to keep members engaged and happy. Club Ambassador – Know the club inside and out—whether it’s fitness classes, spa services, or youth programs, you’ll be the go-to person for info!
