Your Role: As a Med Tech, you’ll: Administer and document medications as directed by physicians. Observe and report on resident needs and preferences. Collaborate with our health services team and healthcare providers. Assist with daily activities while honoring our person-centered care philosophy. Ensure every resident receives the respect, privacy, and dignity they deserve. Follow safety protocols and complete required training. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of caregiving experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years old. Basic computer skills and proficiency in English. Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and health screening.
