A company is looking for a Medicare Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist Medicare members with pharmacy benefit inquiries. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from members and providers regarding pharmacy benefits and prior authorizations Provide explanations of copays, coverage phases, and assist with billing information Record calls accurately and maintain quality and quantity standards Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred Associate degree is preferred National pharmacy technician certification is not required
