Accompany physicians into the patient examination room in order to transcribe a history and physical exam List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the physician. Transcribe patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, etc. Document any procedures performed by the physician. Enter information into EMR systems. We require: Science Major (Biology) or at least 1 year as a medical scribe Background Preferred. At least 1 year of working in a medical facility. Outstanding computer knowledge. Superb writing and vocabulary skills Excellent communication and organizational skills. Bi-Lingual, English/Spanish a plus.
