A company is looking for a Medical Review Supervisor (MCP) to manage the Managed Care Project in the Medical Review Department. Key Responsibilities Develop and ensure compliance with Medical Review policies and procedures Oversee the quality of medical reviews and manage department productivity Make hiring decisions and provide necessary education and training for staff Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of residence Minimum of three years in a supervisory or management position Minimum of four years clinical experience in a medical/surgical setting preferred Minimum of four years' experience in medical/utilization review or fraud investigation preferred No adverse actions pending or taken against the candidate by any State or Federal licensing board
