A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Pharmacy to oversee clinical, financial, and operational strategies within the medical pharmacy sector. Key Responsibilities Oversee medical pharmacy services, including drug policies and utilization management Develop strategies to manage medical drug costs and improve member outcomes Lead day-to-day operations and mentor staff within the medical pharmacy team Required Qualifications 5+ years of related experience Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred 3+ years focused on medical pharmacy management Previous health plan or medical pharmacy experience required Experience with medical pharmacy policy development and utilization management required
