You'll contribute cutting-edge clinical and scientific data to help move healthcare forward and positively impact patients. You will: Support and implement strategic and tactical plans to the field to drive the US Medical imperative Lead, manage, develop, and coach a team of MLs Strategize with the team how best to access and educate academic centers Facilitate cross-functional partnerships to support and direct the team on CRM operations, scientific insights and HCP scientific profiling and engagement strategy Optimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer, and performance related to HCP interactions for self and teamMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with professional training in the health care field 3+ years' experience leading a clinical team 2+ years' of Diabetes related experience Strong relationship-building and administrative management skills Valid Drivers License and ability to travel overnightDesired Requirements: Advanced Clinical Degree or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)At Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
