Processing Appeals/Denials. Modifiers. Knowledge of and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and practice management software. Possess strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate appropriately with patients, providers and insurance companies. Knowledge of Modifiers a big+. Ophthalmology Experience a plus.
