Reporting to Maintenance Manager, the Mechanical Maintenance Manager (F/M) will contribute to reach maximum availability / reliability of the mechanical equipment and installations in the plant by performing the appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance actions at the optimum cost and in compliance with the H&S regulations. WHAT WILL YOU DO? (H&S and environment) Guarantee compliance with H&S and environment policies for mechanical maintenance personnel. Establish safety culture and tackle specific actions to ensure health and safety prevention during maintenance activities. Contribute to plant housekeeping and cleanliness. Internal controls providing reasonable assurance of effective and efficient operations, including actions to prevent and detect fraud and protect Company resources. (Maintenance operations) Determine and schedule the necessary actions of corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance in coordination with Electrical and Preventive Maintenance Manager and Supervisors to.
