Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support to customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our advanced corrugated machinery systems. This is a field-based position, requiring travel to customer sites throughout North America. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain corrugated machinery and equipment at customer locations. Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions. Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and preventive services to ensure machinery performance and reliability. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project completion. Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper operation and maintenance of BHS equipment. Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities in a detailed and timely manner. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working on customer sites. Qualifications: Technical degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, or field service, preferably within industrial machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
