Countryside Care Center (A Rehab & Nursing Facility) is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN to fill a full-time , salaried position in our skil led nursing facilit y . The MDS Coordinator RN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed, and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.
