Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking an MDS Coordinator RN / LPN to fill a full-time , salaried position in our skil led nursing facilit y . The MDS Coordinator RN / LPN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed, and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment . I f you are an MDS Coordinator RN / LPN who appreciates being supported by management, i s capable of providing exceptional, personalized care , and want s to experience a refreshing environment, then we would love to speak with you! Don't forget... An active Massachusetts state RN / LPN license is required. Understanding of the MDS process: coordination, scheduling and completion. SNF/long-term care experience.
