We're looking for a full-time Receptionist to join Team Mavis at our Operations Support Center in White Plains, New York. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chain in the United States. #ZR About the Position of Receptionist At Mavis, our Receptionists use their strong communication and interpersonal skills to answer and transfer calls on a heavy volume multi-line system. Mavis's receptionists are also responsible for greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel; sorting and distributing mail and deliveries; maintaining and ordering office supplies; and providing administrative support, as needed.
