Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Massage Therapist to join our collaborative wellness team, offering therapeutic services alongside our mental health, acupuncture, and other wellness providers. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an established client base while also marketing services to grow clientele. Benefits: Flexible Schedule: • Work hours that suit both client needs and your availability Growth Opportunity : • Option to increase to full-time hours, with access to additional benefits, including Continuing Education reimbursement Admin Support : • Assistance with scheduling and client management, with some client care responsibilities Collaborative Environment : • 401k - Comprehensive retirement package with a match Responsibilities:• Deliver exceptional massage therapy sessions with a focus on client-centered care• Specialize in various modalities, including Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, (Manual Lymph Drainage, and Hot Stone Preferred)• Collaborate effectively with the wellness center team to support a holistic approach to client wellness• Engage in personal marketing efforts to build a consistent client base while providing quality care to clients referred by the center• Maintain a flexible schedule that adapts to client needs• Coordinate with administrative staff for scheduling, while managing some responsibilities related to client service and follow-up• Document treatment sessions accurately using SOAP notes, ensuring consistent and professional client records Qualifications:• Licensed Massage Therapist with current registration in New York• Strong commitment to client care, professionalism, and ethical standards• Self-motivated with a willingness to actively promote personal services to grow the client base Compensation: $50 - 75 yearly About Company: Join our wellness center and become a valued part of a team dedicated to enhancing well-being in our community.
