Welcome to one of Cary, NC's newest massage studios! Elements Massage at 2072 Kildaire Farm Rd, Cary NC 27518 is looking for Massage Therapists to join our team. We are a laid back studio with a great team and committed customers. We are trying to fill multiple vacancies and growing, come join the fun! We are in need of therapists to work weekends and weekday mornings, however the schedule can be flexible. Can guarantee 80% capacity within 60 days. *Each therapist must complete training within the first month of employment. You will be paid $150 once training is complete. Therapist pay may range from $30 to $70 p/hr w/tips. *Sign-on Bonus of $1000 (after 3 months with the studio) Responsibilities: As a Massage Therapist you are responsible for the following: Building relationships with your clients, leading to repeat clients Providing the customer with the best experience possible Recommending enhancements where it makes sense Completing SOAP notes at the end of each session Qualifications: Must have completed the following: MBLEX Licensed with the NC Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy Benefits: Competitive pay Sign-on Bonus after 3 months of employment Free 60 Minute Monthly Massage PTO for Therapists Averaging 25 hrs per week Reimbursement for NC Massage and Bodywork license fees Additional Bonus Opportunities based on enhancement sales Additional Bonus Opportunities throughout the year Branded studio apparel provided by the studio Free CPE opportunity via our online learning system Discount on liability issuance via studio's AMTA membership Quarterly team events For more details: https://jobs-search.org/massage-therapist_cary-c429835/job_i2457543762
