We are seeking a Marketing Strategist who will be the key player responsible for all marketing objectives and will develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for PROMEDICAL. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including designing digital marketing campaigns, performing market research, and understanding the target audience. Responsibilities: Set specific marketing goalsDesign and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targetsDevelop digital campaigns to increase web trafficAnalyze sales and marketing metricsForecast market trendsResearch market to identify new opportunitiesGenerate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our productsEnsure brand consistency through all marketing channelsEstablish a strong, long-term web presence Requirements: Proven work experience as a Marketing StrategistDemonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management SystemsFamiliarity with SEO/SEM and Google AnalyticsUnderstanding of web designExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong analytical skillsBS degree in Marketing or relevant fieldIf you are a creative, purposeful professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. You should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency. A three-day work week (8hrs. per day). Work location is flexible, but some days, as needed, work will be required in our Lexington, MA office
