As a Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to translate data insights into effective marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives, brand positioning, and target audience needs. Campaign Planning: Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and offline channels. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry. Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using KPIs, analytics tools, and A/B testing. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to execute cohesive marketing strategies. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and drive brand awareness across all marketing channels. Qualifications Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing). Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
