Dutko Ragen Homes and Investments Group is seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. With a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year (+ bonus potential), this role offers the perfect blend of creativity and strategic thinking in the vibrant real estate industry. Responsibilities:• Website & Social Media Management• Program, Execute, and Analyze Email campaign performance• Create Print Marketing• Coordinate Client & Community Events• Create Mood Boards with Selection Packages: paint colors, tile, flooring, counters, fixtures/hardware, etc.• Work closely with the Inside Sales Agent to track conversion of lead sources• Maintain mailing campaigns Qualifications:• BA in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline or previous experience in a marketing role• Experience developing/deploying communications and marketing strategies across a global organization to effectively drive change, through a team and outsourced social media agencies• Creative problem-solver, with the ability to think, plan, and execute multiple projects autonomously and in an organized fashion, balancing the long-term and urgent needs of the team• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment• Excellent analytical, written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to write with tact and diplomacy• Stays up-to-date on the latest trends in technology, development, websites, and competitor activity• Working knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
