About the Role We’re excited to hire for our client in Culver City, CA, looking for a proactive, people-focused Marketing Event Staff to join their vibrant team. This role will immerse you in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll represent the client’s brand at various retail-based events and promotions. You’ll be the face of the brand, sharing product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while actively achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities As a member of the Event team, you’ll be responsible for: Engaging directly with customers at retail locations, using your influence to increase brand visibility and awareness. Setting up branded pop-up kiosks and event stations designed to draw attention and captivate the public. Representing the client’s brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong knowledge of product offerings. Providing answers to common customer inquiries and overcoming any minor objections. Successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective upselling and customer engagement. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales using digital tools to provide useful insights and feedback.
