A company is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to drive strategic growth through lead generation and multi-channel campaign execution. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute multi-channel campaigns to increase Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lead generation with revenue growth goals Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize results across all channels Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management or demand generation Proven track record in developing and executing lead-generating multi-channel campaigns Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms Familiarity with B2B SaaS, payroll, or ERP-related industries
