We are currently hiring a full-time Marketing Associate to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the Southern California area. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and strategies. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our local customers. Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing and business development teams. To remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions, continuously learn about marketing trends, the competitive landscape, and product enhancements. Participate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience Qualifications of the Marketing Associate Position: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service Comfortable using a computer or Ipad Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
