Job Title: Marketing Assistant Location: New York, NY Department: Marketing Reports to: Marketing Manager/Director Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in various tasks related to the execution and management of marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and has a passion for marketing and communications. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities. Help with the creation and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.). Support event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing initiatives. Manage and update the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Assist with copywriting, editing, and proofreading for marketing communications. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence. Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, email platforms, SEO, analytics). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
