Job Title: Marketing and Sales Director Location: Meadowview of Johnston Job Description: Meadowview of Johnston, premier assisted living and independent living communities, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Director to lead our marketing and sales initiatives. As the Marketing and Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our facility, attracting potential residents, and driving occupancy through strategic marketing and sales efforts. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of regulatory requirements related to assisted living and independent living facilities Job Duties: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive occupancy and meet revenue targets Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations Plan and execute marketing events, presentations, and outreach activities to promote Meadowview of Johnston within the local community Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales goals Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless transition for new residents Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a positive experience for prospective residents and their families Benefit Overview: An inspiring leadership team fostering a fun and diverse culture, supporting long-term career growth.
