Our Marketing and Promotional Assistants act as the face of our company and they are proud of it! We are passionate about building brand loyalty with every customer. Marketing and Promotional Assistant Responsibilities: Generate product and brand awareness through marketing and outreach techniques Increase brand awareness of the clients we represent Maintain a sound knowledge of client products, promotions, and service offerings Attend mandatory training sessions and conference calls with other Marketing and Promotional Assistants to become an expert on our brand and our clients Drive and exceed financial goals by ensuring a World-Class brand experiences Engage with clients, providing them with adequate product knowledge and service insight Execute hands-on promotions of client services with the Marketing and Promotional Assistant department Have fun and SMILE! Marketing and Promotional Assistant Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management, or demonstrated success in a comparable customer-facing position Effective problem-solving, influence, and negotiation tactics Comfortable delivering presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers daily Ability to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities within the Marketing and Promotional Assistant team Positive attitude and willingness to make a valuable contribution towards maintaining our culture and client partnerships How WE Give Back: Dafa Management is dedicated to giving back to our local communities through philanthropic events and creating awareness. We have incredible relationships with the Jay Fund, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Toys for Tots, and so many more.
