Title: Market Research Intern Department: Project Location: Flexible - offices in Los Angeles, CA and Seattle, WA (remote) Start Date: January 2025 End Date: May 2025 Hour Required: 20-29 hours/week during Monday-Friday business hours Pay: $17.28/hour At Hypothesis, we blend insights, design, and strategy to help important brands do amazing things. What You'll Do: This market research internship is a chance to participate in the research process from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to work directly with seasoned researchers and contribute to work for clients like Disney, Toyota, and Starbucks. We love what we do and are passionate about the quality of our work! We are seeking an exceptionally smart, motivated intern who shares the same commitment to excellence. Proactively learn the Hypothesis research process and standards Observe and gain exposure to quantitative research methodologies (ad-hoc surveys, tracking studies, etc.) Observe and gain exposure to online qualitative research methodologies (focus groups, in-depth interviews, online boards) Assist project managers on tasks that relate to multiple phases of research projects, such as quality control, data accuracy, and consistency checks What You Have: We are looking to work with people who are excited and have a strong interest in the market research industry. We are looking for people that have exceptional attention to detail, a strong aptitude for numbers and/or logic puzzles, and strong reading comprehension and active listening skills. In this position, it's important that you are ambitious, collaborative to work with, motivated and can learn quickly and come to work every day with a can-do attitude.
