The Market Research Intern will assist and support the team to run the day-to-day tasks of the research studies. The intern will be involved in designing research programmes that address business concerns, and delivering fully through to insights and reporting, with guidance from the market researchers. The Intern will also be involved in engaging with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver the research objectives, as well as managing the timelines and deliverables. The role also calls for involvement in end-to-end execution of in-house research to evaluate Singtel product churn and sign-ups as well as the utilization of Singtel Digital Advisor (SDA) community across different stakeholders. This includes understanding the business unit's key issues, designing research pieces that address these issues, programming questionnaires, executing data collection, and writing insightful reports. Make an Impact Assist in designing questionnaires for studies that go through the community panel platform Assist in finalizing questionnaires and reports for all studies executing under the community panel platform or through market research agencies Program and deploy questionnaires on community panel platform Perform data checks and processing of data and ensure high quality of data for studies conducted Assist in data analysis and prepare reports on research findings Engage with the team members to help identify business issues, align on survey methodology and approach, and report on findings Skills for Success Currently pursuing a Degree in Social Sciences, Economics or relevant field Commit to a 6-month internship Meticulous, detail-oriented and able to handle data Experience in research studies and methodology Data analysis, project management skills Your Career Growth Starts Here.
