Manufacturing Supervisor Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun) Shift: 1st. 4:30 am- 3:30pm Schedule: Friday to Sunday (as needed Thursday) Pay Rate: $30-$35 Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday, and more! Job Description: * The Supervisor ensures achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost - quality - lead time * The Supervisor organizes the training needs of teams * The Supervisor contributes to the industrial processes improvement with the functions supports * Responsible for people management including: goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well being * The supervisor ensures safety focused attitude by all employees * Has ownership of group performance goals and objectives Job Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree required * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems * Understanding of lean manufacturing principles * At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferredAPPLY NOW!
