You’ll be responsible for overseeing organizational operations, training new agents, and ensuring that we meet our company goals. Responsibilities: • Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members• Assure all company policies and procedures and state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws are being followed by the agents and brokerage• Collaborate with the leadership team on retention strategies to ensure our brokerage keeps our top performers• Make training materials for new real estate agents and develop them to perform up to our brokerage’s high standards• Run all operational aspects of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and overseeing all transactions the real estate agents perform Qualifications: • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance• Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent• Candidates must possess a managing broker’s license• Excellent customer service and communication skills• The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents Compensation: $100,000+ at plan yearly About Company: Welcome to Crosstown Realtors, where we're revolutionizing the real estate industry, offering unmatched service and expertise.
