A company is looking for a Managing General Counsel to lead and supervise its legal team. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and manage daily operations of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department Supervise attorneys and staff, including project assignment and prioritization Assist with litigation management and represent the department to various stakeholders Required Qualifications J.D. degree Minimum of ten years of legal experience At least four years of effective management experience Litigation experience and expertise in animal law, administrative law, or environmental law Member in good standing of a state bar association
