Make an Impact by: Requires in-depth product and system knowledge in BCC for Mobile services. Work closely with BCC R2 Squad as well as the requestors to design robust test cases for each and every demand assigned. Report on daily test status on a timely and accurate basis. Be clear in the articulation of the bug identified during testing and closely monitor the fixes so as to meet the timeline expected by the requestors. Lead & supervise a group of testers to identify their strengths/weaknesses and coach/guide them to improve on their test design and execution quality. Skills for Success: Min Diploma An experienced tester with minimum 2 years working as a test leader role, leading up to minimum of 3-4 testers Stakeholder management experience across the larger organization. Ability to own and lead test cases design for Singtel products. Ability to articulate issues faced during testing and track test cases to delivery.
