A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to drive the development and maintenance of SaaS healthcare applications and services. Key Responsibilities Design and develop software solutions while collaborating with product management Mentor and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support Ensure high-quality enterprise software is delivered on schedule Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent experience 6+ years of experience delivering web-based applications and services Understanding of object-oriented principles in languages such as C#, C++, and Java Experience with relational and non-relational database technologies (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, HBase) Agile development experience and familiarity with modern software development methodologies
