Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Compliance responsible for overseeing risk mitigation and compliance programs. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Contracts & Compliance to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies Advise stakeholders during contract negotiations on compliance risks and obligations Manage compliance projects, audits, and communication with internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree preferred; master's degree in law or related field or JD is a plus Minimum of five years of experience in a compliance role Expertise in assessing contracts for compliance and risk Experience in the non-profit sector, particularly with federal grants and contracts Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 (Uniform Guidance) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is advantageous
