A company is looking for a Manager, Medical Economics to join their team. Key Responsibilities Analyze data to improve financial and operational performance on health plan and institutional contracts Develop financial models for contract negotiations, including Medicare Advantage and Commercial Risk Identify cost-saving opportunities by analyzing physician billing patterns and suggesting vendor contract changes Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree preferred Minimum 6 years of experience in managed care or healthcare data analytics Experience in developing financial and operational models Working knowledge of healthcare pricing and reimbursement methodologies Proficiency in Excel and SQL or similar relational databases
