Manager, I & D Communications Brand: Este Lauder Companies Description Job overview: The Manager will oversee the day to day communications needs for the I & D function and leadership team, overseeing content development ranging from the I & D quarterly newsletter, event specific communications, Employee Resource Group communications, I & D education communications and video messaging, and general info that is pertinent to The Este Lauder Companies. The role will also partner closely with the Global Communications and Corporate Affairs teams on the development of I & D programming for employee engagement and storytelling as well as thought-leadership programming and platforms. Job Description: Oversee the Annual I & D COE communications plan in close partnership with the Global Communications team and the I & D Team. Provide communications support on enterprise-wide I & D projects in partnership with the relevant teams, including storylinecampaign development, editing content, building the communications strategy and amplification plan, and garnering alignment across stakeholders. Ensure all messaging aligns with the corporate company brand. Support development of internal communications for I & D (i.e., digital newsletters, corporate intranet, webcasts, SharePoint site, video messages, etc.) Lead the production of video messages and other assets needed for the COE. Lead the development of internal and external presentations and talking points for I & D events. Assess existing communication channels and identify areas of opportunity to enhance user background. Develop and track metrics to assess effectiveness of employee communications. Lead andor support external vendor relationships, including consultants, agencies; negotiate rate and terms. Requirements Position requirements & Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. 8-ten years of relevant professional expertise in-house or with an agency. Background with & strong understanding of corporate inclusion, preferred. Progressive change management and communications background required; demonstrated success developing and implementing communications andor change management strategies. Background working in a global, multi-branded retail company or other industry with high-profile consumer brands a plus. Superior written and verbal communications skills. Strong storytelling skills; expertise to effectively and creatively communicate across various stakeholders. High-touch stakeholder engagement; track record of building strong relationships with members of cross-functional and affiliate teams Expertise to execute multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with quality results. High degree of emotional intelligence, able to navigate successfully in a highly matrixed global organization. Creative strategic thinker and problem solver.
