Key Responsibilities Manage a team of Data Analysts to generate business insights and improve operational efficiency Develop reports and conduct User Acceptance Testing for the Enterprise Data Warehouse Facilitate training and collaborate with various business units to advance Analytics initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university Seven years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience Ability to manage, coach, mentor, and evaluate work results Knowledge of federal and state laws related to the area of responsibility Knowledge of quantitative analysis
