Manager, Business Applications Enablement – Service Now Location: This position may be either office-based / hybrid or remote The Business Applications team is responsible for partnering with their stakeholders to deliver optimized processes, systems, and data capabilities to enable business growth and user advocacy. The solutions provided by this team are at the core of our user's experience with Bentley both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementation and maintenance of service delivery applications that provide capabilities to deliver a frictionless user experience. Prior experience in Service Now is a must. Position Overview: Bentley is embarking on a transformational journey to modernize sales, marketing, support, and ERP platforms to upscale our user experience and processes across the enterprise. The Business Applications team is focused on partnering with their stakeholders to deliver world-class enterprise applications focused on streamlining our processes and user experience. To compliment this effort, the team is seeking a leader for our service delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementation and maintenance of user support applications that provide capabilities to deliver a frictionless user support experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with implementation and maintenance of enterprise applications supporting delivery of services to users with a customer service-oriented mindset. They will have demonstrated success in developing and optimizing processes, achieving operational goals, and developing and executing a strategic technology roadmap. If you are a candidate who has the vision of what could be and a belief in driving impact, then you may be the ideal person for this position.
