Maintenance Technician Since 1975, Omega Flex has been supplying quality engineered flexible metal hose products that meet demanding industrial, commercial and residential applications. We currently have an immediate opening for a 2nd shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) Maintenance Technician in Exton, PA. This roll will have a sign on bonus of $500 to be paid within 90 days of your start date, as well as potential for a raise at 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month evaluations, and then annually thereafter in accordance with our policies. As a Maintenance Technician you will need to have strong mechanical aptitude, good math and reading skills, ability to follow directions and procedures, and great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have some experience working with hydraulics and welding. In this role you will perform a variety of maintenance operations: installing, repairing, and maintaining production machines and related equipment. Must be able to operate drill press, sanders, grinders, band saws, electric drills, circular saws, and related equipment and hand tools. An understanding of electrical and mechanical principles would be helpful.
