Maintenance Technician-MILLWRIGHTFull-Time Competitive Pay Benefits Job Stability Positive Work Culture Work at a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility! Schedule: Either Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri, 7am-5pm; On-call will be 1 week every 6 weeks. Manufacturing Experience: 3 + years Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain all resin systems and vacuum loaders, and clean filters and make repairs as required Maintain all support equipment, tape feeders, spiral units, extruders, vacuum tanks, pullers, reelers, air systems and water systems Assist all departments with breakdowns Assist and/or perform all tooling changes for the extrusion department as required by order change Perform daily maintenance sheets on all plant equipment as per work sheet. Assist the general maintenance crew with equipment rebuild, plant shutdowns, and new equipment installations Record all data as required (i. e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc. ) Performs routine machine maintenance Maintain a neat and orderly work area Follow and promote all safety requirements for this position in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental company policies and government legislation/regulations Ability to travel to the US for training purpose Ability to adapt to new ideas, technology, processes, and product changes Perform all other duties as directed by management.
