Greco Properties is seeking a jack-of-all-trades Maintenance Technician / Captain of Curb Appeal at one of our luxury residential apartment buildings. Who are we? Summary Execution and support of essential daily grounds and maintenance upkeep, preventative maintenance, and monthly turnover for Class A, luxury apartments. There is no on-call required for this role. Duties and Responsibilities An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities listed below.
