The Maintenance Tech position earns a competitive hourly wage of $20.00/HR . A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A N MAINTENANCE TECH : As a Maintenance Tech , you will provide maintenance for CLC owned f acilities and be responsible for all repairs as well as coverage for assigned routes . Will have to assist maintenance tech in the field with electrical repairs to their assigned properties , adjust , and repair ut ility system s for maximum efficiency and utilities . Assure that all homes modifications, repairs, etc. are following compliance with all applica ble State, Federal, and Safety rules and regulations . The maintenance tech will assist in coordination of emergencies, natural disasters, severe weather-related issues that put consumer and agency staff at risk . You find it very rewarding to help people with disabilities lead self-fulfilling lives! QUALIFICATIONS: At least 18 years of age Ability to pass a background check upon hire Valid driver's license High School diploma Experience in building and mainten ance trade ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?
