Maintenance Supervisor We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance functions across our Tristate Area locations. This role involves managing maintenance tickets, evaluating cost-effective solutions, and ensuring optimal operations within our systems. The ideal candidate will be organized, resourceful, and comfortable communicating and working hands-on with our team and vendors to resolve issues promptly. Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and prioritize maintenance tickets within the assigned systems.· Assess and determine whether maintenance tasks can be completed internally or need to be outsourced to vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness.· Supervise and take an active role in daily maintenance operations, stepping in directly to support when needed.· Maintain organized records of maintenance work, budgets, and vendor contracts.· Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and management to ensure all maintenance needs are addressed promptly. Qualifications: · Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.· Strong technical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions quickly.· Willingness to travel frequently to various locations as needed.
