We now have a Maintenance Specialist position available! This position is perfect for someone that has a prior Maintenance experience, but looking for just part-time hours! Shift Available: 24hrs per week/ 10:30AM - 7:00AM As a Maintenance Specialist at Tudor Oaks , your role is integral in ensuring efficient operation and upkeep of our facility and the property . Your primary focus will be conducting general maintenance and repairs on both our facilities equipment and building structure. This includes but is not limited to basic mechanical maintenance, electric, HVAC, plumbing, and general dry wall work. Starting pay $19.00 and up, based on exper ienc e Part-Time, 10:30AM - 7:00AM! Shifts can vary depending on availability. We appreciate our employees, and we like to celebrate! Onsite heated pool and gym for employee use! What You Need: Minimum 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license, with good driving history Prior experience with HVAC, Plumbing, Maintenance Tech or equivalent experience preferred! Must be able to meet physical and sensory job requirements with ability to move through the day, including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds One year of general maintenance experience is strongly preferred Who We Are: At Tudor Oaks, we're not just a place to work....
