The company's core markets, mining, oil and gas, and industrial, require complex cable designs that can operate reliably over long periods of time in harsh operating environments. At this time, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance/Quality Document Clerk to join our Nexans AmerCable Maintenance Team. This team is committed to the maintenance of the facilities and operations. Responsibilities: Support Maintenance CMMS programs Enter maintenance activity data as necessary Assist with inventory control of tool cribs by purchasing necessary spare parts Routine cycle counting of tool crib inventory Review and adjustment of min/max tool crib inventory levels Prepare QHSE procedures and work instructions and make revisions as instructed by other process owners. Maintain quality records generated by QHSE activities. Prepare customers Manufacturing Record Book / document packages as required Maintain employee stamp list Adhere to all Nexans AmerCable's Safety Standards and Safe Work Practices Follow and abide by Nexans Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Standards Preferred skills and qualifications: Maintain critical spare inventory levels Ensure accuracy of Preventative Maintenance completions File quality records daily and maintain in good order so that documents are readily retrievable as needed. Maintain document control room in organized fashion. Have documents destroyed that are beyond their retention date. Create and revise documents with attention to detail and correctness. Work with others in cooperation to goal of getting these tasks done in a timely manner.
