Ideal Candidate Requirements: * 1-3 years as a maintenance mechanic. * Strong knowledge in electrical troubleshooting, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * HS diploma or vocational training in industrial mechanics/electrical. * Basic welding skills. * Experience with Megamation and PM scheduling is a plus. * Proficient in using CMMS. Key Responsibilities: * Repair and maintain mechanical and hydraulic components of production machines. * Inspect and listen to machines to locate malfunctions. * Dismantle machines and equipment using hand/power tools. * Inspect, measure, and test parts for wear and alignment issues. * Realign and adjust components using hand tools. * Repair air hydraulic pipes and install new ones. * Maintain and troubleshoot power distribution systems, lighting, transformers, and wiring. * Troubleshoot relay logic, control components, motor starters, and PLC programs. * Repair broken parts using brazing, soldering, and welding equipment. * Modify robot motion commands using a controller teach pendant. * Operate metalworking tools for making or repairing parts.
