Your day as a Maintenance Manager As the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing R&M, assets and efficiencies while ensuring strict safety compliance. You will be at the forefront of driving continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reducing costs. The role requires a commitment to excellence and problem-solving, with travel to production facilities up to 75% of the time, allowing you to engage directly with teams and make impactful changes across various locations.Join us in shaping a safer and more efficient operational landscape! What matters most To be successful as a Maintenance Manager at Reliant Holdings, you will need a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills will enable you to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement effectively.
