Maintenance Manager - Financial Growth Hudson, NY This position works closely with the Director of Facilities in regards to the maintenance and upkeep of all Coarc buildings, sites, grounds and equipment. This is a Non-Exempt position: 40 hours per week: $23.94 hour. SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm with on call responsibilities. Paid Training with an opportunity to increase your salary. The requirements of this position Valid Driver's license Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in Facilities Management, Construction Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field preferred with two years' experience in a maintenance department with at least one of those years in a supervisory role. High School diploma/GED with six years of uninterrupted work experience in facilities maintenance with at least two years of those years in a supervisory role. Must have the ability to demonstrate specialized skills and/or experience in the following fields; plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC equipment service. Ability to be certified in all required trainings Frequently required to lift up to 50lbs.
