Oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day maintenance operations in our manufacturing plant.2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and lifespan.3. Collaborate with the production team to identify and rectify potential equipment issues that could disrupt production.4. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential mechanical problems and ensure compliance with safety regulations.5. Manage and coordinate with maintenance staff, providing them with training and guidance as necessary.6. Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.7. Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for equipment repairs and replacements.8. Implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and safety of the manufacturing process.9. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work conducted, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.10. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in manufacturing technology and equipment.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing machines, tools, and equipment.4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.5. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.6. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.8. Proficient in using computer software for maintenance management and reporting.9. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the manufacturing industry.10.
