We are looking for a skilled machine operator to join our operations team. The machine operator will run the Elsner machine in the warehouse. This role is a first shift role, with hours from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday. Some overtime will be required during busier business seasons. Specific Duties and General Responsibilities Continually operate and monitor machine Maintain a high degree of attention to machine waste, quality, and performance. Ability to analyze and solve machine Follow company and machine safety protocols and Direct assigned labor Set-up machinery and ensure all production materials are Operate and monitor equipment and replenish materials as needed. Visually inspect production and quality of Determine and report malfunctions to appropriate Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of assigned area and Assist in training of new Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Skills Basic mechanical Ability to work as a team Comfortable with multiple tasks at one Self-starter and dependability. Equipment Knowledge General manufacturing equipment Ability to use general warehouse tools and Basic mechanical Industrial shrinkwrap equipment Physical Requirements Be able to lift 50-60 Requires periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward. Overtime when required
