IF INTERESTED REACH OUT DIRECTLY TO OR CALL/TEXT 301-252-XXXX MAC Desktop REQUIRED Secret CLEARANCE MINIMUM 100% onsite - Wash, DC Position Description This position will assist the client end users onsite and remotely on a variety of desktop and user issues and provide technical support to staff and/or visitors for conference rooms. The Desktop Support Specialist will identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Required education and experience: --- High school diploma plus 10 years of experience. --- Strong MAC expertise, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft O365 and Google suite --- Must be able to work on site and be able to work a flexible scheduled as assigned. #M2 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul--, ALTA IT Services, TeamPeople, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
