Position: M365 admin Location: Dearborn, MI/Remote Duration: Full-Time 6 - 10 years Job Description Role: M365 admin --- Microsoft 365 certification, with demonstratable experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a fast-paced environment --- Significant experience of M365 Administration, including the Microsoft Admin Center --- Experience maintaining a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 core technologies --- Experience of producing high-quality documentation and user guides for the wider business. --- Experience in undertaking business impact assessments for major M365 updates, as well as analysing complex technical issues and proposing appropriate solutions. --- Experience of working with third party providers e.g. Microsoft technical support, Consultancies etc. --- Working knowledge of the following technologies --- M365 Services & Platform --- Microsoft Teams --- SharePoint Online --- Azure AD Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
